About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Technical Recruiter with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the US Staffing industry to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven expertise in delivering quality talent to Direct

MSP Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and onboarding) for Direct MSP clients.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to source top-tier IT talent (Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, etc.).
  • ATS Mastery: Use JobDiva effectively to manage candidate pipelines, track submissions, and ensure data integrity.
  • VMS Operations: Submit candidates to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline, Fieldglass, or IQNavigator within stipulated timeframes.
  • Screening: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral screening to ensure candidates match the job description and cultural fit.
  • Negotiation: Expertly handle rate/salary negotiations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) to lock in the best candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a strong network of consultants and passive candidates for future requirements.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience: 25 years of dedicated experience in US IT Staffing.
  • Client Exposure: proven track record of working with Direct Clients / MSPs (Not just layers/implementation partners).
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Job Diva is mandatory. Familiarity with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline) is a strong plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of technical technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.) and ability to create complex Boolean search strings.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with US-based candidates.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work strictly in the EST Time Zone (Night Shift).
