Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our India-based team and own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-demand Oracle and enterprise IT roles. This is a specialized position you will be recruiting for niche, senior-level technology professionals, primarily in the Oracle EBS (Functional and Technical) and PL/SQL space, as well as broader enterprise IT disciplines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on IT or enterprise technology roles
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Oracle EBS (Functional and/or Technical) or PL/SQL professionals
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle technology stack, including EBS modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, Manufacturing) and technical components (Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
  • Excellent written and spoken English client-facing communication is a core part of this role
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience handling compensation discussions at the senior professional level

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for North American or international clients from an India-based delivery model
  • Familiarity with additional Oracle technologies: Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, APEX, or OAF
  • Experience with broader enterprise IT disciplines: ERP, SAP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering
  • Exposure to contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement models

Experience working within an ATS (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, or equivalent
