Role Overview:

We're seeking a hands-on recruiter who can own niche tech hiring mandates and support strategic workforce planning across business-critical functions.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in technical hiring and vendor management

Strong background in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and process improvement

Exposure to BFSI or Tech hiring is highly preferred

Skilled in ATS, sourcing tools, and HR analytics

Bonus: Experience in global hiring is a plus!
