Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create sourcing strategies

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Perform initial screening and shortlisting of candidates

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

Manage offer negotiation and closure

Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process

Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/tools

Required Skills

Strong experience in IT hiring (Developers, Cloud, Data, etc.)

Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job portals)

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Experience in offer negotiation and closing candidates

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced or consulting environment

Familiarity with ATS tools like Workday, Taleo, or similar
