Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across AI, software engineering, cloud, mobile, web, and emerging technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership positions.
• Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Management to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, communication skills, cultural fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, interview-ready candidates.
• Present high-quality candidate profiles within defined turnaround times.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and HRMS systems.
• Track recruitment KPIs and support onboarding activities.
Technology Hiring Focus Areas
Generative AI Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Mobile App Developers, Web Developers, QA Engineers, Technical Leads, IT Sales, IT Pre-sales, and Engineering Managers.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within IT services or technology consulting organizations.
• Ability to confidently evaluate and discuss technical profiles, including AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
