Senior Technical Recruiter

Only for US Recruitment not domestic timings will be as per US shift/Night shift

Using independent judgment and discretion the Recruiter will drive the full -lifecycle recruitment and onboarding activities for a defined area. Such activities include leading manager discussions for opening, leveraging creative sourcing methods, screening candidates using behavioral based techniques, obtaining salary quotes, extending offers, generating offer letters, all pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties Include:

•Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.

•Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.

•Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews.

•Extends offers and negotiates compensation Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.

•Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree is Preferred

•1+ years of equivalent work experience.

•Directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

•Direct HR/Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Staffing Agency setting. IT setting highly desired.

•Strong Boolean skills required as well as with Linkedin RPS, & Monster
