Role: Sr.Technical Recruiter/ATL
Exp: 6 to 9 yrs
Qualification: B. tech/ MBA (HR)
Location: Gurgaon
Note: Candidate should have strong experience into Software Sales Hiring.
Technical Recruiter duties and responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technical field
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition
Technical Recruiter requirements and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in technical sales recruiting
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Proven experience in recruiting technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and IT professionals
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates technical skills
• Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
