What We Are Looking For

• End-to-end recruitment professional with hands-on IT hiring experience

• Hands on experience in LinkedIn job portals

• Should have closed major requirements with LinkedIn

• Strong exposure to IT recruitment processes

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with ownership mindset

• Candidates should be open for occasional meeting discussions in Bangalore/ any other location on a need basis

• Leverage AI tools and modern recruitment techniques to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency

• Frequent travel according to the business needs is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer rollout

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

• Perform HR screenings, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closure

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarity, feedback, and offer approvals

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience

• Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously

• Experience in strong IT recruitment

• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment
