We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter & Account Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end technical hiring and managing client relationships. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing and closing technical talent, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management.
Technical Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles
- Work on requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, Salesforce, QA, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate technical interviews
- Negotiate offers, manage joining, and ensure closure within TAT
- Maintain recruitment metrics, pipeline, and ATS updates
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client business, technology stack, and hiring roadmap
- Share suitable profiles, track feedback, and manage interview schedules
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality delivery, and candidate retention
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Support account growth, renewals, and new requirement onboarding
- Strong experience in IT technical hiring
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Experience in client/account handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and tight deadlines
- Proficient in ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
