Job Description

  • Masters / Bachelors degree in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent strategies to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions and pipeline status.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates to the team on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
