Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, etc.).

Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent strategies to enhance sourcing efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions and pipeline status.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates to the team on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
