• Own delivery from requirement to release
• Convert business needs into clear technical tasks
• Lead and guide development & QA teams
• Track action items and ensure discipline in execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Manage risks, timelines, and quality

• Strong SDLC & Agile knowledge
• Ability to review technical decisions
• Excellent communication and team leadership
• Experience in eCommerce / SAP Commerce is a plus
