Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end services and

product development initiatives at iHub/Square. The role requires strong technical expertise, program

management experience, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely

and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in services and product

development.

● Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, and success metrics.

● Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align on objectives and

progress.

● Mentor and guide engineering and delivery teams to enhance efficiency and quality.

● Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, progress reports, and

performance metrics.

● Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

● Ensure adherence to quality standards and project governance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

● Hands-on experience in product and service development.

● Knowledge of programming (Java, Python, MERN/MEAN Stack), APIs, cloud platforms,

DevOps, automation, AI/LLM/Data Science exposure is a plus.

● Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban,

Waterfall).

● Strong understanding of SDLC and user-centered design principles.

Certifications (Preferred):

● PMP, CSM, CAPM, Prince2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.

Soft Skills:

● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
