Experience: 8+ years (including PM experience)-Core Technical(software side).
Mandate Skills-Technical Project Manager, Java-based microservices applications in an eCommerce domain,Spring boot,Agile,Jira.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for Java-based microservices applications in an eCommerce domain.
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Coordinate with development teams for design, development, and deployment activities.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Maintain clear communication between offshore and onshore teams.
- Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java Microservices and proven experience in eCommerce platforms. The candidate will lead offshore delivery teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
