Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, manage the backlog in Jira, and ensure the team maintains a steady, predictable velocity.
- Technical Governance: Partner with Solution Architects to review architectural decisions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cloud-native.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical debt or infrastructure needs into business value for Product Owners and senior leadership.
- Team Mentorship: Coach and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify bottlenecksespecially when projects require coordination across global teams (e.g., syncing US, UK, EU and APAC regions).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- PMP certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiar with Scrum methodologies

Preferably from a Development background (Java, .NET, Python etc.) and not QA.
