The
Senior Technical Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for
end-to-end project execution and delivery of the
People Empowerment Platform (Super-App), managing a
vendor-led or in-house development team. The role requires
expertise in project management (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk, Stakeholder Management etc.
), cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery frameworks, ensuring seamless execution across the
entire project lifecycle.
Education & Experience
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science, IT) or equivalent; MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 8+ years in technical project management, software delivery, and cloud-based applications
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL, or GCP Cloud certifications
Requirements & Skills

Project Management & Delivery Excellence
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile & PMBOK-based best practices.
- Own project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Implement CI/CD automation, DevOps best practices, and performance monitoring.

Cloud-Native Architecture & Development
- Oversee development, deployment, and scaling of microservices on Google Cloud.
- Ensure best practices in microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes (GKE).
- Optimize data pipelines, AI/ML workflows, and real-time analytics using BigQuery, Dataproc, and Looker.

Technology Stack Oversight
- Ensure smooth integration and deployment of the following technologies:
- Frontend: Flutter
- Backend: Node.js, Microservices Architecture
- Cloud Platform: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Google Cloud Storage, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Pub/Sub
- Caching & Databases: Memorystore for Redis, Cloud Spanner
- AI & Data Analytics: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataproc, Looker, Data Fusion, Cloud Composer

Requirements

✔ Post-production support & incident resolution in collaboration with SRE teams.
