Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver:

We are looking for a high-calibre Senior TPM to join our CTO's office a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the centre of our most strategic tech initiatives. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can talk to engineers and CXOs in the same breath, and get a kick out of shipping at speed, we'd love to meet you.

• Own and drive complex, cross-org tech programs end-to-end from scoping and planning to delivery in a high-velocity quick commerce environment.
• Work directly with CXOs on flagship initiatives, providing visibility, escalation management, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage and align diverse stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to run central tech charters.
• Negotiate timelines confidently with engineering teams, hold commitments accountable, and unblock delivery at every turn.
• Identify, surface, and resolve conflicts across teams before they become roadblocks with clarity and conviction.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions with precision distilling complex technical context into crisp, actionable narratives for CXO audiences.
• Lead tech cost optimization initiatives spanning cloud SKUs, managed infrastructure, and SaaS platforms driving measurable efficiency gains.
• Good to have - Experience working as a generalist across Legal, Finance, and Procurement functions to drive company-wide tech programs.
• Good to have - Hands-on exposure to tech cost optimization cloud billing, reserved capacity, SaaS renegotiations, or infra right-sizing.

Are you who we're searching for

• Tech Fluency : Solid understanding of microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern engineering practices. You don't need to code, but you need to earn engineers respect.
• Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional ability to manage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels including CXOs. Strong conflict resolution skills with a bias for pragmatic, outcome-first decisions.
• Extreme Ownership: You treat committed timelines as promises. You operate at pace, anticipate risks proactively, and do whatever it takes to ship.
• Executive Communication: Ability to translate deeply technical topics into concise, well-structured narratives for CXO audiences with the right depth, right framing.
