Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Specialist Technical Program & Project Management to lead and oversee large-scale technology programs and projects focused on application development, modernization, and platform upgrades. This role requires a strong blend of
technical depth, agile leadership, and program execution expertise, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive delivery in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
full-stack development, strong understanding of
software engineering practices, and proven capability in managing end-to-end technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute complex technology programs and projects, including application development, system upgrades, and platform implementations
- Define project/program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
- Lead Agile delivery teams and act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach when required
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Translate long-term business objectives into actionable technology strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate effective coordination between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external vendors
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders using data-driven insights and reports
- Mentor and guide technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business outcomes and quality standards
- Promote and adapt Agile practices, processes, and continuous delivery culture
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including managing complex and large-scale programs
- Strong experience in Technical Program / Project Management within an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, including:
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and product development lifecycle
- Experience working closely with Product Managers/Owners and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or similar (backlogs, iterations, user stories)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder management ability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (especially GCP or similar)
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Tekton, Terraform, Cloud Build)
- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Understanding of data modeling and data analysis concepts
- Exposure to Python, CSS, or additional front-end technologies
- Familiarity with machine learning, mathematical modeling, or LLM-based solutions
- Experience mentoring technical teams and influencing technical strategy
- Relevant professional certifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
