Role Overview
Trianz is scaling its AI-first transformation platform under the Concierto brand. As the Senior TPM for CTO Delivery, you own the master delivery map for the entire CTO Office — every commitment to the executive team, sales, and peer teams flows through you.
You're not a project administrator. You're a strategic delivery owner who understands AI product development intimately. You'll know why a model release differs from a software release, why an architecture sign-off cannot be rushed, and how to distinguish a real blocker from noise. You coordinate cross-team dependencies, surface risks before they escalate, and deliver monthly executive reports that inform CEO and board decisions.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where your delivery discipline directly enables enterprise transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership & Visibility
- Own and maintain the master CTO Office delivery map: all workstreams, all commitments, all dependencies across six verticals
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables; map every CTO commitment explicitly to its stakeholder and deadline
- Run the weekly CTO Office delivery standup: surface blockers and risks before they escalate to leadership
- Produce the monthly CTO delivery report for the CEO: what shipped, what is at risk, what is coming
- Manage the dependency map between CTO Office output and implementation team schedules
Cross-Team Coordination
- Drive cross-team alignment meetings between CTO Office and peer engineering functions
- Flag blockers to the CTO with enough lead time to course-correct
- Manage critical path dependencies across architecture, infrastructure, product, and delivery teams
- Ensure clear communication of commitments and their status across all stakeholders
Programme-Level Delivery
- Manage delivery at the programme level, not individual projects
- Balance multiple concurrent delivery streams with competing priorities
- Translate CTO Office strategy into executable delivery roadmaps
- Establish delivery standards, gates, and review cadences
- Monitor delivery health metrics and proactively address slippage
Executive Communication
- Communicate delivery status clearly to executive stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks and dependencies early
- Support CEO/board reporting with accurate, timely delivery data
- Influence executive decision-making through clear programme visibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 15+ Years
AI/ML Product Delivery (Non-Negotiable):
- Shipped AI or ML products to production in a TPM or programme management capacity
- NOT IT project management, services, or ITSM background
- Managed cross-team delivery programmes where CTO-office-type output fed into engineering team implementation (3+ years)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML development cycles: what makes model releases different from software releases
- Produced executive-level delivery reports used for CEO or board-level decisions
Programme Management Track Record:
- 8+ years in TPM or programme management roles
- At least 3 years in AI or ML product companies
- Demonstrated ability to own delivery outcomes, not just track tickets
- Experience managing multiple concurrent delivery streams at scale
Delivery Mastery
- Programme-level JIRA, Linear, or equivalent experience
- Skilled at dependency mapping and critical path management
- Understanding of technical release gates and architectural review processes
- Experience with staged rollouts, promotion strategies, and rollback procedures
Technical Fluency
- Understands AI/ML development lifecycles (model training, evaluation, deployment)
- Knows why model releases are fundamentally different from software releases
- Comfortable discussing inference optimization, model quantization, and serving frameworks
- Can assess technical feasibility and timeline implications
Stakeholder Management
- Experienced communicating with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Comfortable with executive reporting and high-visibility communication
- Skilled at aligning competing priorities across multiple teams
- Comfortable challenging technical teams to meet commitments

- Experience with GPU/CPU cluster operations and optimization
