What You'll Do:
As a Sr. TPM for ROW Operations in our Supply Chain Tech team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how we deliver to customers worldwide. You'll orchestrate large-scale technical programs spanning Quick Commerce, Sub-same day delivery, FC Inbound operations, vendor experience, placements, and external fulfillment performance across ROW countries. This isn't just about managing projects-it's about shaping the future of global supply chain technology.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
- 15+ years of relevant software development experience
- 8+ years in technical leadership, program management, or similar roles
- Exceptional program management, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Strong software development background with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle
- Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex cross-functional programs
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a track record of ownership and follow-through
- Strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution-comfortable with both long-term planning and day-to-day progress tracking
- Proven history of delivering large-scale projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and GenAI offerings
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies

- 8+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
