Role Overview
The Senior Technical Program Manager will own the planning, coordination, and executionof the strategic programs for Quickbase's Corporate delivery pod. This is where the systems, data, and AI capabilities that underpin the rest of the business get built: the back-office platforms and process modernization that IT, Security, HR, and Systems Architecture run on. This role requires a strong operator who can manage technical complexity while also driving alignment across distributed global teams.
We are looking for someone who proactively identifies risks before they become issues, creates clarity in ambiguous environments, and keeps teams aligned and moving without creating unnecessary process overhead. The right candidate will be highly organized, technically fluent, execution-focused, and capable of influencing senior leaders without formal authority.
What You Will Do
- Lead highly visible, cross-functional technical programs from initiation through delivery
- Drive execution across the Corporate pod's core stakeholders — IT, Security, HR, Legal, and Systems Architecture — translating their operational needs into structured, deliverable programs
- Program manage back-office AI pilots and rollouts end to end from scoped pilot through workforce adoption Ensure Jira hygiene and Plan visibility, roadmap alignment, and execution transparency across programs
- Build and maintain integrated program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and risks
- Establish operational rigor across complex initiatives while keeping teams focused on outcomes rather than bureaucracy
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation strategies before escalation becomes necessary
- Facilitate executive-level program reviews and provide concise, data-driven status reporting
- Drive accountability across multiple organizations and time zones
- Improve program management standards, processes, templates, and operating rhythms across the organization
- Manage stakeholder communication across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Help teams make decisions quickly by creating clarity, surfacing tradeoffs, and removing blockers
- Support strategic company initiatives including product launches, platform modernization efforts, integrations, and operational transformation programs
Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional technical initiatives in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery models, and engineering operations
- Experience working closely with Experience corporate functions — IT, Security, HR, Legal — and with data and technical teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience managing programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams and distributed teams
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and clear executive updates
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Jira Administrator
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across Sofia, Bulgaria, North America, and India
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum certification, or equivalent experience

Pay Range
₹2,169,803.08 - ₹3,409,690.56
