As a
Senior Technical Program Manager on the Notebooks team, you will serve as a technical orchestrator for work across the organization involving advanced AI systems. You will bridge strategy and execution, managing complex partnerships and technology stacks to integrate powerful capabilities into users notebooks. You will help create a streamlined and efficient work environment that operates effectively to deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across engineering, product, design, applied science, and data science teams within the Notebooks organization. Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Cross-Organizational Partnerships: Work across organizations to bring AI technologies from across the company into Notebooks, managing complex integrations and partner relationships.
- Technical Execution & Quality Oversight: Work with engineering and platform partners to track delivery of features, uphold quality standards, and help resolve technical blockers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks (technical, schedule, or resource-related) and help develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Technical Communication: Communicate status, key milestones, and emerging risks to stakeholders. Translate technical information into clear, actionable insights.
- Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Help define success metrics (e.g., KPIs), track telemetry, and use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
