You will:
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple Addressability programs, from quarterly planning and roadmap alignment through iterative development and successful product launches.
- Drive delivery of both multi-quarter strategic initiatives and incremental feature enhancements while ensuring alignment to business priorities and customer outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership across global regions to ensure execution clarity, milestone tracking, and operational alignment.
Strategic Planning & Prioritization
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to manage prioritization, scope, timelines, and capacity trade-offs across competing initiatives.
- Reinforce prioritization frameworks and help teams navigate changing business needs, new strategic injections, and shifting dependencies.
- Facilitate program planning, roadmap discussions, and execution reviews to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Risk Management.
- Identify, track, and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and technical complexities across distributed teams.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management to minimize delivery impact and maintain momentum on critical initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, QE, and other partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
Agile Excellence & Continuous Improvement.
- Champion Agile best practices and guide teams on process adoption, operational discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive effective sprint planning, retrospectives, release readiness, and delivery health reviews.
- Leverage engineering and delivery metrics to improve team velocity, predictability, efficiency, and overall execution quality.
- Promote strong Jira hygiene and scalable program management practices across teams.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Product Delivery roles, preferably within product-driven or SaaS technology companies.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across globally distributed teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience operating across both team-level and scaled program environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decision-making without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise updates tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive programs through ambiguity and change.
- Strong operational mindset with attention to execution quality, delivery predictability, and continuous process improvements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect execution to broader business and customer outcomes.
