Job Description
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields (BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA). - Proven experience in program management and Scrum Master roles with at least 9 years in relevant positions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience as an Agile Coach, with the ability to mentor and guide teams in agile transformations. - Strong track record in managing large-scale projects with complex interdependencies. - Demonstrated leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Serve as a Scrum Master to guide teams through agile practices, fostering an environment of transparency and accountability. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, managing risks and dependencies effectively. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program execution and team performance. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and challenges.
