Senior Program Manager - Bengaluru, India
We are looking for a Lead/Senior technical program manager with experience of driving large enterprise scale software development programs. You will manage product plans to ensure our goals. You will report to the Senior manager - Technical Program management.

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do
- Guide large enterprise scale software development programs from initiation to closure.
- Support Production Change management and incident management process, and improvements around it.
- Support Process and projects around Products / third party software's like Kubernetes ( K8S), Istio, EOL (End of life) and lights on activities.
- Support the process and Projects around security and compliance requirements like WAF, FedRamp, SOC2 reviews, audits.
- Support Architecture programs and reviews with the Informatica Architectural Review Board and Engineering leads.
What We'd Like to See
- 7+ years of relevant experience handling large enterprise scale software development programs.
- Manage project planning and execution, ensuring projects/releases are well-defined with high quality.
- Improve our program management methodologies by using your expertise in Agile development practices and industry best practices.
- Ensure use and implementation of Informatica's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology across all projects.
- Use your technical expertise to assess the technical complexity of proposed features, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Define dashboards to track project progress, measurements, and other relevant metrics.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Understanding of SaaS software development principles, including multi-tenancy, scalability, security, and data privacy.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements relevant to SaaS products, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
- Experience on any programming languages is must.
- Understand on any GenAI solutions.
Role Essentials
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
- Work between Engineering/R&D, Cloud Operations, Compliance & Security, and Product Management teams in a collaborative fashion.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence wiki.
- Experience in managing projects with cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including knowledge of cloud services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and serverless computing.
