About the Role :

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own and drive the delivery of gStore for enterprise retail clients, ensuring seamless integration with their broader programs. You ll act as the primary interface between our engineering and product teams and the client s leadership, managing all aspects of deployment and new product development for full-scale adoption.

This role requires a strong client-facing presence, executive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments. You must be comfortable working across global teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end program delivery of gStore for enterprise clients, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
  • Own client communication, executive reporting, and escalation management to align stakeholders.
  • Oversee new product development specific to the client, working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Drive integration efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and the client s ecosystem.
  • Facilitate Agile execution, balancing product innovation with large-scale deployment goals.
  • Adapt to dynamic challenges with a high degree of emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, client delivery, or enterprise software integration.
  • Proven client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong background in Agile, SAFe, software integration, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with IoT, sensors, edge computing, and RFID (preferred but not required).
  • Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones as needed.
