Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager
Senior Technical Program Management is a sub-function under the Strategy Deployment function, responsible for driving large, complex, multi-phased technical initiatives. These initiatives deliver Product/Tech and Business & Operations capabilities identified by Flipkart Leadership as part of the quarterly OKR process
.The function acts as an enabler by initiating programs, defining and structuring deliverable-based plans, and leading cross-functional Product/Tech teams to focus on outcomes that create business value and meet strategic objectives. Operating under broad guidance from top management, this role requires initiative, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a highly ambiguous environment

Responsibiliti
- esPartner with Business, Product/Tech owners, and Operations Leaders to understand long-term capabilities and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Create and continuously groom the product backlo
- g.Own and execute end-to-end SDLC for key technical initiatives by collaborating with Project Sponsors, other Technical Program Managers, and multiple development team
- s.Partner with Architects to drive high-quality technical solutions and provide inputs on architecture, design, and prioritie
- s.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage escalations; anticipate trade-offs; and balance business needs against constraint
- s.Clearly articulate and communicate vision, plans, and project status to Flipkart Leadership and key stakeholder
- s.Engage with other teams across Flipkart to evangelize projects, build relationships, and leverage existing technologies/processe
