Position Summary

EXL is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to help drive strategic initiatives for the AI Solution Engineering and Delivery team. This role is designed for a Strategic Innovation leader with deep expertise in driving AI, delivery, and technology initiatives. This program manager will act as a force multiplier, ensuring initiatives move forward and to help with different operation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery Operations:
• Push Solution Delivery PMs to get their updates in
• Run my Solution Delivery Review
• Track the solution standardization
• Track Strategic Programs:
• AI in SDLC
• Productivity gains in Solution Delivery
• AWS partner projects
• Migration of legacy platforms to our AI Agentic Platform
• Operations & Program Management:
• Run the leadership meeting and team townhalls
• Track budgets

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA from a premier institute and a technical background in Engineering or Operations.
• Experience: Proven track record in Program Management of cross function programs.
• Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in financial modelling, business intelligence, and zero-base costing.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage global stakeholders, and drive change management in complex environments.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or strategic management credentials are highly preferred.
• Technical Domain knowledge: Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI and experience with python are a plus.
