Position Overview

You will be the engine behind the company's daily app delivery — owning the entire software delivery lifecycle across multiple engineering pods at a daily ship velocity. This is not a coordination or reporting role. You are an active contributor to technical decisions, release pipelines, QA strategy, and delivery intelligence — operating in a lean, high-ownership startup environment inside the company's broader ecosystem. AI-native ways of working are a baseline expectation, not a bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SDLC delivery across multiple engineering pods — from scoping and architecture alignment through sprint execution, production launch, and post-launch iteration

• Drive and maintain daily ship velocity — managing release pipelines, deployment readiness, and production stability across all pods simultaneously

• Own the full product backlog — grooming, sprint planning, effort estimation, prioritisation, and delivery tracking across parallel workstreams

• Embed with engineering teams and engage directly on system design discussions, technical trade-offs, and architecture decisions as an active contributor

• Own QA strategy and data pipeline delivery — ensuring test automation, data quality, and release validation are built into the delivery rhythm, not bolted on at the end

• Identify and resolve cross-pod dependencies proactively — sequencing work to eliminate blockers before they hit the critical path

• Drive AI-first approaches to program operations — automated status reporting, dependency tracking, release automation, and delivery intelligence tooling

Must Have Criteria

• 7–13 years of overall experience with 3+ years of core TPM ownership across the full SDLC — conception through production launch and post-launch iteration

• Demonstrated experience managing 3+ engineering pods simultaneously — sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking, and delivery governance across parallel workstreams

• Prior background in software or product engineering — able to read architecture diagrams, challenge design decisions, and engage in technical discussions independently

• Hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release management — direct accountability for release cadence and deployment readiness, not just awareness

• Direct experience driving QA automation and data pipeline delivery as an embedded part of the SDLC — not managed as a separate workstream

• Demonstrated 0-to-1 program delivery track record in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments — operated without established playbooks

• Active use of AI tools (LLMs, agentic workflows, automation tooling) to manage delivery operations, automate reporting, and drive SDLC efficiency

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a consumer AI, consumer tech, or high-scale mobile app company (10M+ DAU)

• Experience building or owning internal delivery intelligence tooling — dashboards, release trackers, or automated status systems

• Exposure to multilingual or multimodal product delivery across diverse user segments

• Engineering background with hands-on coding experience (even if no longer primary role)
