Job Overview

The Senior Manager – Technical Product Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital products and services aimed at generating revenue for VFS.

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Define the product feature roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and implement strategies to optimize revenue and user engagement.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
• Design and implement optimization techniques to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Lead of team of software development and operations engineers to build and operate digital products.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Design and deliver integrated customer experiences across digital channels.
• Conduct data analysis to derive customer insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product consistency and alignment.
• Manage marketing objectives.

Team Development & Best Practices

• Establish and enforce web best practices to maintain website integrity.
• Train and develop team members in the use of digital technologies.

Sustainability

• Promote judicious use of natural resources.
• Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

• Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

Education

• Graduate or master's degree in computer engineering.

Experience

• 9-11 years of experience within the digital and e-commerce industry.
