Role Overview

The CTO Office produces architecture decisions, deployment standards, and security specifications. Your job is to ensure those outputs land as complete, unambiguous, implementable standards that engineering teams can act on without requiring the CTO in every meeting. You are not a product manager for a customer-facing product — you are a standards owner and technical product manager for the CTO Office's output layer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the completeness and quality of all CTO Office deliverables: specifications, standards, blueprints, and POC documentation
• Package architecture decisions as implementation-ready standards — clear enough that teams build without ambiguity
• Manage the standards adoption lifecycle: ensure engineering teams have received, understood, and committed to implementing CTO standards
• Maintain the CTO Office standards library: versioned, searchable, and accessible
• Run the standards forum: regular sessions where engineering teams engage with CTO Office output
• Produce the capital-raise technical narrative: what the CTO Office has delivered and what it enables
• Track the implementation of CTO standards in engineering teams — flag gaps and deviations to the CTO
• Manage the CTO Office roadmap document: what standards are coming, in what sequence, and why.

Ideal Candidate Experience

Exp: 15+ years

Must Have

• Produced technical specifications or platform standards that engineering teams implemented in production
• Worked as a technical PM in an AI or ML product company
• Managed the lifecycle of a technical standard or internal platform from creation to adoption
• Can read and understand architecture diagrams, API specs, and deployment blueprints independently
• 10+ years in technical product management with at least 2 years in AI product context

Nice To Have

• Internal developer platform or platform-as-a-product experience
• OpenAPI specification authoring
• Investor or board-level technology narrative experience
