We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for our AI platform products. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experiencetranslating customer needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features, and driving execution with engineering teams. This role requires deep technical understanding of AI/ML systems combined with strong product instincts and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Zo products
- Gather and synthesize customer requirements from enterprise and government clients
- Write detailed technical specifications, PRDs, and user stories for engineering teams
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Work closely with ML Platform team to define AI capabilities and integration points
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and conduct data analysis to inform decisions
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders, executives, and customers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Support sales and customer success teams with product expertise
Must have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years on technical/AI products
- Strong technical background with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
- Experience with AI/ML products, APIs, or developer platforms
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion)
- Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
