Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Product Manager with deep technical roots to lead end-to-end product lifecycle for our SaaS platform. You'll bridge engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions for Cloud infra. Ideal for engineers-turned-PMs who thrive in high-stakes, distributed systems environments. Bachelor's in Engineering or MCA required; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with market needs and business goals for SaaS offerings.

Collaborate with engineering on technical feasibility, prioritizing features using data-driven insights from user analytics and telemetry.

Lead cross-functional teams (dev, QA, sales) to ship MVPs and iterate based on A/B tests, user feedback, and KPIs like adoption, retention, and churn.

Conduct competitive analysis, customer interviews, and market research to identify opportunities in AI/ML, real-time data processing, and cloud optimization.

Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies, owning P&L for assigned product lines.

Mentor junior PMs and advocate for agile best practices in a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA (mandatory).

MBA or equivalent in Business Management (preferred).

Experience & Skills:

10-15 years total, including 5+ years as Product Manager in SaaS products.

Solid development background: 3+ years hands-on coding in full-stack (e.g., MERN, Python, JS), building scalable apps on AWS/Azure.

Good knowledge of cloud architectures (EC2, S3, VPC, Azure App Service, Functions), AI/ML frameworks, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).

Proven track record launching 3+ SaaS products with metrics like 2x growth in ARR or 30%+ user engagement uplift.

Strong in distributed systems, microservices, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and tools like Jira, Figma.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communicator for C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

Data-savvy with SQL proficiency and tools like Tableau/Looker.

Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in ambiguity with bias for action.
