Senior Technical Product Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, NBFC, healthcare finance, or B2C lending.

• Proven experience directly managing or technically leading engineering/development teams in an Agile environment.

• Strong technical foundation: comfortable with API documentation, basic SQL, and architectural discussions.

• Degree from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute (IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent).

• Track record of working with API integrations, credit bureau data flows, or NBFC partnerships.

• Sharp analytical mindset: proficiency with product funnels, cohort analysis, and data dashboards.

• Experience in fast-paced startups, ideally working directly alongside founders.

• Working knowledge of the lending ecosystem: LOS, LMS, underwriting, credit scoring, and risk frameworks.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to the healthcare ecosystem — hospital partnerships, EMI financing for treatment,

or medical BNPL.

• Understanding of RBI lending regulations, FLDG structures, or co-lending models.

• Experience with low-code tools (Retool, Bubble, etc.) or rapid prototyping platforms.

• Prior experience managing team performance reviews or hiring.
