What It's Like Working at MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset):

We're growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and ambitious. Our culture is built on supporting each team member to exceed their goals and make meaningful contributions to the company's success.

Working with us means you'll join a team of exceptionally talented individuals who are driven by results and innovation. We see our team members as partners, and we work together to raise standards and achieve excellence.

What We're Looking For:

To support our continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Technical Operations Specialist. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, not tickets. You'll be responsible for mapping, stabilizing, and improving the workflows that connect Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, and Operations. Your work ensures that the business runs smoothly, predictably, and at scale.

You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership to turn messy, undocumented processes into clean, reliable systems. This is not a support role and not a junior automation position. It's a role for someone who raises the standard of execution by how they design, document, and improve systems.

If you enjoy eliminating friction, replacing manual work with scalable workflows, and building infrastructure that enables teams to move faster with fewer errors, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and Stabilize Core Systems - You'll reverse-engineer undocumented workflows, identify failure points, and turn tribal knowledge into clear system maps, SOPs, and documentation that can actually be executed and improved
  • Design and Maintain Automation Infrastructure - You'll build, refine, and maintain automations that replace manual work across departments, improve reliability, and reduce operational load. This includes redesigning fragile workflows and implementing safeguards like error detection and alerts
  • Ensure End-to-End Funnel and CRM Integrity - You'll ensure that leads, clients, payments, and data flow correctly from acquisition through delivery. This includes maintaining clean CRM logic, reliable funnel connections, and accurate tracking across the customer journey
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues - When systems break, you diagnose quickly and fix properly. You'll handle issues across automations, CRMs, funnels, tracking, websites, and payment flows, escalating to external vendors only when needed
  • Improve Operational Efficiency Through Workflow Design - You'll design technical workflows that reduce errors, increase speed, and standardize execution across teams. Your work will make it easier for non-technical team members to operate confidently

Who You Are

  • Systems-minded and execution-oriented - You naturally see how tools, workflows, and people connect - and you enjoy turning complexity into something reliable and repeatable
  • Comfortable owning outcomes - You don't wait to be told what's broken. You investigate, propose solutions, and follow through until systems work as intended
  • Calm under pressure - When something impacts revenue or delivery, you stay focused, prioritize correctly, and fix the root problem rather than applying band-aids
  • Detail-driven without losing the big picture - You care about clean logic, documentation, and edge cases, while still understanding how your work supports growth and scale
  • Clear communicator - You can explain technical concepts simply, document processes cleanly, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High personal standards - You raise the bar through how you work - not by demanding authority, but by delivering reliable, thoughtful systems that others trust

Working Hours And Compensation

  • Hours: Full-time (overlap with EST is required)
  • Compensation: $7-$13/hour depending on experience
