Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, with expertise in Java and VOIP technologies.
Drive and champion the adoption of Agile/Scrum practices within the development team.
Collaborate with PLM and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication of project requirements and priorities.
Ensure timely delivery of product increments by removing obstacles and ensuring continuous improvement of team performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Operations) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Bring deep knowledge of VOIP technologies (such as SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and IP Telephony) and ensure that best practices are followed in designing and implementing VOIP-related features.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and VOIP technologies.
At least 7 years of experience in a technical management role, leading development teams in an Agile environment.
