Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET backend development and full stack capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable RESTful APIs, working with modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS, and deploying applications on AWS (preferred) or Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
• Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using ReactJS, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and building backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core.
• Proven experience with ReactJS for developing dynamic and responsive UI applications.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services is mandatory.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of API security best practices and cloud deployment standards.
