Role Description The Senior Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions, guiding technical teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves leading end-to-end project execution, performing code reviews, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The person in this role will translate business requirements into robust technical designs, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and reliability. Responsibilities also include managing technical risks, contributing to technical roadmaps, and ensuring that solutions integrate effectively within the broader Vistex platform and ecosystem.
Qualifications

• Strong experience in software architecture and system design, with the ability to lead end-to-end technical solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java/.NET, web technologies, APIs, microservices).
• Hands-on experience with databases, integration patterns, and performance optimization in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Experience working with product owners and business stakeholders to refine requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in enterprise applications related to pricing, incentives, or revenue management is a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in product-based or enterprise software companies.
