Senior Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in Node.js and React.js, who has led large-scale modernization programs. This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture design, and the ability to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across distributed systems, cloud, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for modern applications using Node.js (NestJS/Express) and React.js.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, transforming legacy monolithic systems into cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Design scalable API-driven and event-driven systems with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture, technology stack, and modernization roadmap.
• Microservices architecture
• Domain-driven design (DDD)
• API design & governance
• Oversee development of responsive UI applications using React.js.
• Guide teams on Node.js backend frameworks (NestJS preferred).
• Drive data validation strategies across modernization and migration programs.
• Ensure data integrity across systems (source target validation, reconciliation).
• Define DevOps and CI/CD strategies (GitHub Actions, pipelines, automation).
• Oversee cloud-native deployments using AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda).
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce coding standards, quality, and governance.
• Provide support for pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshops.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of IT experience with strong full-stack Lead background.
• Deep expertise in: Node.js (NestJS / Express.js)
• React.js (Hooks, Redux, modern UI patterns)
• Proven experience in leading large-scale modernization programs.
• Microservices & distributed systems
• API design & integration patterns
• Event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience defining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of Data migration & validation strategies
• SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery model and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and architectural decision-making skills.
