We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead for our Delivery Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL and SDLC process definition and implementation, a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, and proven experience in driving quality and audit initiatives across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and optimize ITIL and SDLC processes across projects and services.
- Develop and establish audit parameters and frameworks for SDLC and ITIL processes.
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive Assurance Plans for the scope of services delivered.
- Conduct checks during transition and steady-state phases as per the Assurance Plan.
- Review and validate findings from the assurance checks with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and circulate Assurance Reports summarizing findings, checkpoint statuses, and toll gate reviews to stakeholders.
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder reviews at defined intervals; ensure timely execution and documentation.
- Escalate project-level issues promptly to the appropriate stakeholders following the defined escalation matrix.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to support and drive successful ISO internal and external audits.
- Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in defining and implementing ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).
- Proven expertise in setting up and implementing SDLC processes across varied project types.
- Practical experience in creating audit frameworks and executing assurance plans.
- Experience in leading quality initiatives within IT delivery or operations environments.
- Familiarity with ISO audit requirements and hands-on support for audit processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and escalation management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ITIL v4 Certification.
