Full Stack Lead - Angular and Node
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Noida

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular 12+.
- Architect and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) solutions to ensure modular and maintainable systems.
- Work with Node.js and Java Spring Boot for seamless backend integration.
- Lead and mentor a team of 45 developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and offering performance feedback.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, UI/UX consistency, and application security.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex web applications in an agile environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Angular 12+ and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Java Spring Boot.
- Proven leadership experience managing small development teams.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, application security, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
