Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Lead/Architect to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end technical solutions using the Zoho One suite. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, automation, and integration initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders to enable impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and deliver robust technical architectures that address complex business needs and improve system performance.
- Lead solution design and development across Zoho One applications, including CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics.
- Partner with C-Suite leaders and key stakeholders to implement automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Build and manage seamless integrations between Zoho products and external systems such as telephony, email, WhatsApp, and SMS platforms.
- Develop advanced custom workflows, functions, and API-driven solutions to support scalable operations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including ERDs, Data Flow Diagrams, and process flow documents.
