Job Description

Desired skills and qualification

  • Analyze, design, and maintain test cases, approaches, and plans
  • Facilitate the use of automated testing at the unit, functional, integration, and system testing levels
  • Ensure that all work for the scrum team for each sprint is thoroughly tested and certified as production ready by the end of each sprint
  • Maintain metrics around defects and provide a first line of triage for support of features previously released by the team
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and protocols
  • Continuously explore, understand, and drive usage of latest technologies that can extend the capabilities of HCT
  • Employ and contribute to the continuous improvement of HCT SDLC methodology, project standards and process to ensure software development best practices
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to resolve issues and fixes in accordance with established service level agreements

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing
  • 8 to 12 yrs in Testing and 2+ yrs in Selenium/ UFT on .Net applications
  • Experience in API manual testing using Swagger and API Automation testing using Postman tool (using JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with development environment using .net, SQL Server and Webservices.
  • Experience in DB testing is mandatory
  • Familiarity with CI tools such as Docker, Jenkins etc
  • Experience in DevOps/TFS or JIRA
  • Familiarity working in Agile Scrum Environment
