SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD

Role: Middleware Engineer (IMS/CICS/MQ)

Primary Platforms: IMS, MQSeries, CICS

Monitor IMS, MQSeries, and CICS regions to ensure availability and stable transaction

processing across all environments.

Provide 7x24x365 incident support, performing problem determination and recovery for

middleware and transaction services.

Collaborate with developers during planning, testing, and troubleshooting of IMS, MQ,

and CICS applications.

Investigate system issues using logs, dumps, and diagnostic messages to identify and

resolve root causes.

Implement approved configuration and environment changes following established

change management processes.

Plan and perform annual software upgrades for IMS, MQSeries, and CICS in

development, test, QA, and production.
