Essential Skills And Experience:
Power Platform Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps(Canvas & Model Driven), Power Pages, Power Automate(Cloud & Desktop RPA), Power Platform CoE Tool Kit, Power BI and Dataverse.
Integration Knowledge:
Proficiency with REST APIs, Custom connectors, Azure Logic Apps and other integration patterns.
Azure Services:
Familiarity with relevant Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Vnet, App Services.
AI Knowledge:
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Chat Bot, AI Builders, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Open AI for effective usage of AI capabilities across Power Platform.
DevOps & ALM:
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management using Azure DevOps, GitHub and deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Power Platform Pipelines, Manual Export & Import.
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for functional design and system architecture.
Communication & Leadership:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership skills to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives.
Business Acumen:
Ability to understand and align technical solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
Architect end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform to meet business objectives.
Requirements Gathering:
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional, scalable Power Platform solutions.
Technical Leadership:
Lead technical design, development, and decision-making processes, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
Integration:
Design and build robust integrations with other Microsoft services (M365, D365), Azure services, and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
Governance:
Implement governance measures such as environment strategies, DLP policies, and the CoE Starter Kit.
Mentorship:
Guide and mentor development teams on Power Platform best practices and architecture patterns.
Data Architecture:
Support the creation of data models within Dataverse for data consistency and quality.
Innovation:
Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging low-code/no-code capabilities with AI and other technologies.
