Primary Skills & Experience:
- Information technology experience – 7 to 10 years.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience – 1 to 3 years.
- Experience working with Agile development – at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of business needs/requirements, system integration, and formulating IT solutions to improve business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Java, RDBMS, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), application/SQL performance tuning, design patterns, architecture principles, and UI technologies (React, AngularJS, Bootstrap, etc.).
- Proficient in XP practices, software development methodologies, data migration, and DevSecOps.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of application development environments, database administration, infrastructure capabilities, and constraints.
- Experience supporting product design by planning, coordinating with teams, and writing/testing code.
- Capable of working on broad product scopes and solving defined problems independently.
- Act as a work lead, providing technical coaching and support to engineers.
Position Specific Duties:
- Manage end-to-end solutions, architecture, and delivery for the MOCI Price Authoring product.
- Serve as the primary contact for architecture decisions related to databases, DevSecOps, and overall technical solutions.
- Align with MOCI PA Product teams and Enterprise Solution Architects.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap to deliver robust solutions and enhance business value.
- Improve effectiveness and performance of features and applications in coordination with architects.
- Guide the team in applying XP practices and collaborate closely with Product Owners and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and processes for delivering high-quality software products.
