Senior Technical Lead

• Have 10 + years of experience in Oracle HCM, Payroll Enhancement Projects.
• Have Good functional Knowledge on Payroll.
• Ideal candidate should have 80% of technical and 20 % functional.
• Candidate should work from 4 AM PT to 1 PM PT (4:30 PM IST to 1:30 PM IST).
• Develop, configure, and customize Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll components.
• Create and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll processing, eligibility, and calculation rules.
• Strong experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data conversions and interface development.
• Design and build integrations with third-party systems such as benefits, tax vendors, time and attendance systems, etc.
• Support payroll parallel testing, balance adjustments, and year-end activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payroll issues, including audits, reconciliations, and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Follow best practices and ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the areas of Payroll, Fast Formulas, and related integrations
