Senior Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and developing complete end-to-end machine learning pipelines for document processing and analytics use cases, utilizing large language models.
• Conduct feasibility studies to create, analyze, and implement innovative algorithms for complex problem statements
• Collaborate with other machine learning professionals within Hexagon's AI Hub and engage with stakeholders across various Hexagon divisions across the world.

Education / Qualifications

A university degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in artificial intelligence, computer science, electrical engineering or mathematics

Required skills:

• At least 5 years experience in Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing domain
• At least 5 years experience in Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing domain
• Proven experience in the training, evaluation, and deployment of AI/ML models, covering all stages from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Proficiency with deploying and using LLMs
• Experience and proficiency in prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python, along with practical experience with Python or Tensor Flow.
• Eagerness to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the NLP domain
• Experience in building, deploying, and managing ML pipelines in public clouds (AWS, Azure)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working on Gen AI tools
• Expertise with large vision models and graph neural networks
• Experience with data curation
• Experience with related tools such as SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
