Role Summary
We are looking for a hands‑on Lead ServiceNow Developer to build and enhance capabilities on the Customer Success Platform (CSP). This role focuses on developing scalable, configurable solutions that support customer lifecycle management, success insights, and cross‑system integrations. You will independently own features and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and customer‑facing teams.
Role Expectation:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom CSP applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Build reusable components using UIB(Seismic)/Lit for customer success use cases
- Implement client‑side and server‑side logic using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes
- Develop and enhance customer lifecycle workflows (onboarding, adoption, renewal, success planning)
- Integrate CSP with external systems using REST APIs, web services, and event‑based patterns
- Work with product managers to translate CSP requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, code reviews, and release activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance and reliability
- Partner with architects and senior engineers on design and platform best practices
Qualifications
- 8–9 years of hands‑on development experience, with strong ServiceNow platform expertise
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and core platform APIs
- Experience building solutions using Litjs/UI Builder/React/Angular
- Strong understanding of data models, workflows, ACLs, and security
- Experience with REST integrations and multi‑system data flows
- Familiarity with customer‑facing platforms or customer success / CRM‑style domains
- Understanding of modern UI frameworks (Angular / React is a plus)
- Ability to independently own and deliver features end‑to‑end
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
