Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in GRC frameworks and will take a leadership role in driving cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing compliance programs and implementing risk management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of GRC frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Oversee the execution of risk assessments and audits, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to GRC.
• Act as a subject matter expert on GRC-related issues and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on compliance status and risk management activities to senior management.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance and risk management.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in GRC and cybersecurity.

  Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
• Experience with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies.

• Experience in incident response and management.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on GRC.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cybersecurity projects.
