What This Job Involves
The Facility Executive Technical is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, operation, and management of a facility to ensure its optimal functionality and efficiency. This role typically falls under the Facilities Management category within Work Dynamics and Property Management.
Experience Required: 6-8 years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (General Shift)
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Wek: 6 days per week
Notice Period: Up to 1 month
Day-to-Day Duties
- Coordinate facility maintenance activities, including scheduling, inventory, and service contracts.
- Oversee building facility services such as environmental maintenance, health & safety, electrical, engineering, and public utilities.
- Manage correspondence and act as a contact for facilities issues.
- Monitor and manage the performance of all parties providing services to the building(s).
- Provide administrative support in the operation of the facility (purchase orders, tracking expenses, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Arrange meetings and maintain records related to facility operations.
Desired Or Preferred Experience & Technical Skills
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Familiarity with business software used for facility operations.
- Strong reasoning skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate multiple service providers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in basic report maintenance and facility documentation
- Advanced Excel proficiency with high attention to detail
- Relevant facility operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
